The texture is what got me—soft and airy, not dense like some foam candies, so each little heart practically melts as you chew. I ate half the bag in one sitting because the fruity flavor is spot-on to the originals, just squishier. Perfect for when you crave that classic taste with a fluffier bite.
I grabbed a bag on a whim and they were gone before I even sat down to watch a movie. The chewy, fluffy texture really does live up to the "squashy" name, and they still have that classic fruity sweetness I remember.
These are properly soft and airy, not the hard chalky texture you'd expect from Love Hearts. The fruity flavor carries through each little bite, and the bag was gone in one sitting. Exactly what I wanted from a squashie-style candy.
